Free + Painless Returns
We send you a prepaid return label: you print, affix and send the product back.

Within 30 Days
Return for Store Credit (in the form of an online only Gift Card)

Within 14 Days
Return for Full Refund (back to the original payment method)

Any item marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.


The Return Process:

To get a prepaid return label, you can reply to your Order Confirmation email and simply let us know you'd like to return the order. If you do not have your Order Confirmation email, click here to submit a new Support Ticket — make sure to include the four-digit Order Number.

Once we have received and reviewed your request, we'll generate a prepaid return label and send it your way. Then simply print the label, affix to the package, and drop-off at your local US Post Office.


The Exchange Process:

Please note, while we are more than happy to help you with your exchange, unfortunately we are not able to hold product until your returned item is processed.

The best way for you to do an exchange is to actually return the original item for a full refund and then place a new order for the items you're looking to exchange. Then, simply just follow the "Return Process" outlined above and we'll get you a prepaid return label for the original order.
